Tracking and evaluating the duration of industrial processes, using cost- effective industrial devices with Android operating system. The whole assembly process of the workplaces is monitored by the workers on the displays directly at their workplaces, within the “”Employees” tab. The image of the manufacturing process status at each workplace can be tracked remotely from the production manager’s position in real time. The head of production therefore has an overview of the current situation in the workplace, passivity of workplaces (waiting for the next dose), compliance with individual standards and compliance with the overall product standard.
