Our goal is to solve the problem of an inefficient and centralized reservation system for a wide range of service providers such as restaurants, bars, hostels and many others. For both international and local visitors, a simple and fast online booking process is now the standard. However, the lack of a single solution leads to unnecessary wastage and confusion in establishments, while customers often do not have clear information about availability. Statistics suggest that up to 40% of customers will abandon a booking if the process is not straightforward, which has a negative impact on sales. This problem is real and solving it is of great importance to improve efficiency and customer experience across different sectors.
