CHECkuP – Cognitive HealthCare Platform is an innovative platform aimed at improving the quality of home care. The main motivation is to enable health agencies to provide home care more efficiently while ensuring a required quality level of provided services. To achieve this objective, CHECkuP uses hardware support from the concept Internet of Things (IoT) that further combines with a unique software solution capable of supporting agency’s internal processes and informing about possible detected anomalies in advance. The goal of the platform CHECKuP is to provide agencies with up-to-date information about patients’ condition and to support the work of carers when dealing with unexpected situations.
