Alica works as a product manager in the innovation centre of Deutsche Telekom IT Telecommunication Slovakia s.r.o. She contributes with her experience to the development of innovation strategies and business development. Alica has worked with several startups, universities and local governments on various challenges, in order to reach the maximum potential. She specializes in areas and industries such as: potential product validation, legal background of product development and rights protection, market research, customer feedback and expectations to adjust further strategies.
